Use the tool below to adjust your PIDs without messing up the balance between the terms:

Alpha/KISS Template:
Master Multiplier: Increase your PIDs for better prop wash performance. CHECK MOTOR TEMPS! Higher PIDs will be more sensitive to damaged equipment so it is a balance between performance and durability.
D/FF Ratio (aka: Stick Response): If you want a softer stick response, reduce. The D-term dampens all quad movement (commanded or uncommanded). Feed Forward (FF) reduces the latency of stick inputs by boosting the stick commands to the motors depending on how fast you move the sticks.
P/D Ratio (aka: Push vs. Damping): Reduce if you hear – or see – very fast bounceback or oscillations after wash. Generally, you want to keep P-gains as high as possible in relation to D-gains, but not have the above two negative performance issues.
Pitch vs. Roll Balance: Increase if you have decent performance on the Roll axis, but still have nose bobble (“throbbles”) when getting ON and OFF the throttle on the Pitch Axis.
i/P Ratio (aka: Drift vs. Wobble): Reduce if you have slow bounceback. Increase if you have nose drift on throttle chop. Generally, you want to have i-Gain set to be between the two negative performance issues above. It is a balance.
... you have to know this to understand how the above work (the relationships):
