F3 performance targets

F3 boards have less flash space than F4, F7 and H7 boards.  As the Betaflight (BF) project grows in features it takes up more flash space.  BF 3.4 was the last edition to support F3 targets (boards).  HOWEVER, Joe Lucid (a real developer) and I both have been producing “F3 Performance Edition Targets”.  These are basically builds of BF was some features removed (like GPS functionality) to get the compiled software to fit onto the available (limited) F3 board flash.
